  • Whole chicken

Instructions
 

  • Divide whole chicken, Thighs and Legs in one pouch, Breast in separate pouch, Wings in separate pouch. Freeze for later, if desired. You can put chicken in Sous Vide bath directly from freezer.
  • Cook chicken in Sous Vide bath for the time and temps below:
  • Thighs & Legs cooked for 2:00 @ 167˚F
  • Wings cooker for 1:00 hr @ 149˚F
  • Breast cooked for 1:00 hr @ 149˚F
  • Pat dry and pan sear
