Brian’s Chuck Roast

- 1 Slow Cooker or Crock Pot
Ingredients
- 4 lbs Chuck Roast not Round Roast
- 6 oz Salt Pork
- 1 lbs Cremini Mushrooms
- 1 bag Frozen Pearl Onions smallest bag available
- 32 oz Beef Broth
- 1 bottle Burgundy Wine
- 5 tsp unflavored gelatin
- 1 bag Baby Carrots or 2 Large Carrots
- 4 large Yellow Onions
- 1 tbsp Anchovy Paste smallest
- 1 pint Porcini Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- ½ cup Butter
- 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme
- ½ tbsp Peppercorns
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into slow cooker on low for 8 hours.
