Ingredients
  

  • 4 lbs brisket or more (cooked)
  • 8 oz petite diced tomatoes NOT drained (1 – 8oz can)
  • 1 can black beans (drained) drained
  • 1 onions medium – chopped (or 1/4 cup frozen chopped onions)
  • cup chili powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 box mushroom broth
  • 2 tbsp sherry vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Dump everything in a Dutch oven and simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour. If the chili is too thin, add flour/water to thicken accordingly.
