Brian’s Brisket Chili
Ingredients
- 4 lbs brisket or more (cooked)
- 8 oz petite diced tomatoes NOT drained (1 – 8oz can)
- 1 can black beans (drained) drained
- 1 onions medium – chopped (or 1/4 cup frozen chopped onions)
- ⅓ cup chili powder
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 2 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 box mushroom broth
- 2 tbsp sherry vinegar
Instructions
- Dump everything in a Dutch oven and simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour. If the chili is too thin, add flour/water to thicken accordingly.
