Brian’s Prime Beef and Noodles (Beefy Noodles)

The perfect recipe to use the prime rib dinner leftovers. Brian made this on-the-fly the day after Christmas for a nice casual dinner. It was fantastic! It went so fast that we did not get a photo.

  • 1 Saute Pan


  • 2 lbs Prime Beef
  • 1 can Campbell's Beef Gravy
  • 1 can Campbell's Beefy Mushroom
  • 1 can Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 pkg Egg Noodles
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream


Make Egg Noodles

  • Follow the package instructions to aldente. You do NOT want to overcook as the noodles will finish in the sauce with the beef.

Prep the Beef

  • Put water in a large saute pan and bring to a simmer on medium heat.
  • Add the gravy, mushrooms, and the beefy Mushroom and stir until well blended.
  • Slice left-over Prime Rib into 1/4 inch wide strips and put in the pan.
  • Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add cooked egg noodles and gently mix thoroughly.
  • Add cream and mix thoroughly.
  • Serve.
