These are really three (3) different sauces for your sous vide cooked steak. I use a beef filet cooked to medium rare then sear it, slice it, then set out these sauces for the guests to use. ALWAYS a huge hit!

Ingredients
  

* Red Chimi Churri *

  • 1 cup roasted red peppers chopped
  • ½ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 5 cloves garlic peeled
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Korean Chili flakes
  • ½ cup olive oil

* Garlic Butter *

  • 8 tbsp butter room temp
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 tsp parsley dried flakes

* Balsamic Onion Jam *

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 onions large sweet
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Simply mix the ingredients together
