Equipment

  • 1 Slow Cooker or Crock Pot

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Brisket any size
  • 12 oz Coke
  • 8 oz Ketchup
  • 1 lbs Red Potatoes
  • 1 Onion small to medium

Instructions
 

  • Create a bed of potatoes and onions in a Dutch oven or slow cooker.
  • Add remaining ingredients on top of potatoes and onions
  • Lightly cover (do not cover with a tight lid)
  • 10 hours on Low
