Turkey Hash

Turkey Hash

Brian CampbellCamfam Cookery
This is the dish that the family eagerly awaits after every Thanksgiving. I have made it many ways over the years and seem to make it anytime we have leftover poultry, from turkey to Cornish game hens. The poultry doesn't matter, we still call it "Turkey Hash". This base recipe is super easy allowing you to add any level of complexity and flavor sophistication. However, this is the base recipe from which all variations derive and stand perfectly well all on its own.
