Corned Beef Hash
Super simple yet so amazing! Using prepackaged ingredients goes against everything I stand for, but in this recipe, it is the best way to go.

Equipment
- 1 12" Non-Stick Skillet
Ingredients
- 1 Bag Ore-Ida Potatoes O’Brien
- 1 can Corned Beef
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Add 2 tbsp to skillet and bring to med-high heat
- Empty bag of Ore-Ida Potatoes O’Brien and 1 can of corned beef into skillet
- Stir occasionally until all ingredients are heated through.
- Continue to cook without disturbing for 5 minutes to allow a find to form.
- Scrape the fond off of the bottom of the skillet with a firm non-metallic spatula.
- Mix well and remove from heat.
- Serve.
