  • 2 ½ jars sauerkraut drained
  • 1 mango diced
  • ½ cup onion I use concentrated at about 1/4 cup
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup vinegar


  • Mix all ingredients, cover and let stand in the refrigerator overnight.
