Ingredients
- 2 ½ jars sauerkraut drained
- 1 mango diced
- ½ cup onion I use concentrated at about 1/4 cup
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ cup vinegar

- Mix all ingredients, cover and let stand in the refrigerator overnight.
