Ingredients
  

  • 57 oz sauerkraut – (2 jars of Kühne Barrel Sauerkraut, Traditional German) – drained
  • 1 mango diced
  • ½ cup onion I use concentrated at about 1/4 cup
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients, cover and let stand in the refrigerator overnight or at least 8 hours.
  • Serve either warm or cold.
