
Betty Berry’s Sauerkraut
Ingredients
- 57 oz sauerkraut – (2 jars of Kühne Barrel Sauerkraut, Traditional German) – drained
- 1 mango diced
- ½ cup onion I use concentrated at about 1/4 cup
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients, cover and let stand in the refrigerator overnight or at least 8 hours.
- Serve either warm or cold.
