Chicken Soup
Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken breast sliced thin on the bias
- 1 carrot sliced on the boas
- 1 celery stalk sliced on the bias
- ½ medium onion diced
- 8 cup chicken stock
- ½ tsp salt plus additional, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a large pot.
- Heat to a boil.
- Lower heat and simmer uncovered 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Serve.
