  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tes ginger
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 1 tbsp bourbon or sherry wine
  • Dash M.G. monosodium glutamate


  • Combine soy, bourbon/sherry, sugar, and M.G.
  • Add ginger and garlic
  • May be used over & over.


Marinate any kind of meat or poultry.
