Pam’s Caramel Sauce
Ingredients
- ½ stick butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup half-n-half
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to sauce pan
- Whisk on medium heat until desired thickness
- Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla
- Pour into mason jars and let cool.
- Pour over ice cream
