Jiffy Sweet Cornbread Tops (Toasties)

- 2 Muffin Top Pan
Ingredients
- 2 boxs Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix Two 8.5 ounce boxes
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- ⅔ cup milk
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375˚ F.
- Combine eggs, sour cream, milk, vegetable oil, and honey in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the muffin mix, flour, sugar, to the bowl and mix gently until just combined. Do not over mix!!
- Spray sides and bottom of MUFFIN-TOP PANS with a vegetable cooking spray.
- Pour about 1/4-cup (or less) of the mixture into each well of the pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool and serve or store in the fridge and pop them into a toaster when ready to serve.
