Mushroom sauce
Ingredients
- ½ cup onions chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Rosemary chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- ⅓ cup red wine
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes or until you reach your desired consistency.
