  • ½ cup onions chopped
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • cup red wine
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  • Combine ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes or until you reach your desired consistency.
