Colin’s Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter room temperature (do not soften in microwave)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour plus
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½- tbsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F
- In a large bowl, chop up salted butter and let soften. (Do NOT use the microwave)
- Add both sugars and whisk until smooth
- In a separate bowl, whisk the flour and baking soda, add to butter/sugar
- Whisk until smooth
- Bake at 350˚F for 8 minutes
