  • 1 part Kosher Salt
  • ½ part Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ part Paprika
  • ¼ part Garlic Powder
  • part Thyme Powder / Ground Thyme
  • ¼ part Onion Powder
  • part Cumin Powder/ Ground Cumin


  • Rub Olive Oil on Beef to be smoked then sprinkle on rub.
