  • ¼ cup hot water
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 ⅓ cup parsley leaves loosly packed flat-leaf
  • cup cilantro leaves loosely packed
  • 6 medium garlic cloves minced or pressed through garlic press (about 2 tbsp)
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil extra-virgin


  • Mix all the ingredients in food processor until desired consistancy
  • Serve
