Brian’s Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients
- ¼ cup hot water
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 ⅓ cup parsley leaves loosly packed flat-leaf
- ⅔ cup cilantro leaves loosely packed
- 6 medium garlic cloves minced or pressed through garlic press (about 2 tbsp)
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ½ cup olive oil extra-virgin
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in food processor until desired consistancy
- Serve
