Ingredients

Ore-Ida Potatoes O’Brien

Corned Beef

tsp
olive oil
Instructions
Add 2 tbsp to skillet and bring to med-high heat
Empty bag of Ore-Ida Potatoes O’Brien and 1 can of corned beef into skillet
Stir occasionally until all ingredients are heated through.
Continue to cook without disturbing for 5 minutes to allow a find to form.
Scrape the fond off of the bottom of the skillet with a firm non-metallic spatula.
Mix well and remove from heat.
Serve.
