peeled and diced

Get ingredients with
Instructions
In pressure cooker –
Brown meat
Sprinkle brown sugar & salt
Layer kraut & apple (1/4 kraut -1/4 apple, 1/4 kraut- 1/4 apple, etc)
Add soy source on top of kraut/apple mixture
Add onion
Pour 1/2 bottle of Guinness, drink rest
High pressure for 20 minutes, natural release
Variation
Omit the pressure cooker and short ribs. Put all other ingredients in a 12" skillet and nestle in 1 or 2 uncooked pork loins. Cover and simmer for at least 2 hours - up to 6 hours. That's what is in the recipe picture above.
