2tbspunsalted butter - melted (or margarine or 2 tablespoons oil)
2tbspunsweetened cocoa
2tbsphot water
1cupconfectioners' sugar
½tspvanilla
Instructions
Whisk together in a small bowl melted butter (or margarine or oil), cocoa, and hot water.
Shift in powdered sugar and whisk together.
Add and vanilla and whisk until combined.
Use immediatly on your baked goods. I usually pour it over cake, which sits on a baking rack ontop of a baking sheet to let the drips fall. I also dip cookies and let them rest on the rack until the glae hardens.
