fish
cut into chunks
Rub

Sauce

dry white wine
at least 2 tbsp

butter - melted

parsley

tsp
chives

lemon juice

Instructions
Preheat aven to 350˚ F
Combine Rub ingredients and rub mixture over fish.
Place fish in an overproof dish and cover with closely fitting lid.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until fish is firm. Time depends largely on shape of fish.
Add 2 tbsp white wine to dish after 10 minutes of cooking.
When done, place fish on hot platter.
Combine sauce ingredients, melt butter and add parsley, chives, and lemon juice, and salt to taste.
Pout sauce over fish before serving.
