Beef Roast
7-bone is best, but any beef roast will do.

Cabernet or Merlot

Get ingredients with
Instructions
Oil the crockpot
Season the roast with salt and pepper.
Place roast on bottom of slow cooker .
Add potatoes and carrots on top of roast.
Sprinkle French onion soup mix on top.
Pour a beef broth and red wine over everything.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
