Years of tweaking and this is absolutely THE BEST!!! Pam calls it her "Spaghetti Sauce". I call it Pam's Meat Sauce. Whatever you want to call it, it is fantastic. My preference is served on top of homemade or Pepperidge Farms garlic bread. Pam prefers it on Anglehair pasta. It's so good, you will probably want a bowl of it it all by itself.
In a large stock pot, brown ground beef and drain fat.
Add all the ingredients and simmer for at least 1 hour.

Pam has used various brands of tomato products and found that Hunts and Campbell’s are the best.====Freezes extremely well and will keep for up to 6 months in an airtight container.
