Happy Campers’ Rum Punch & Bourbon Lemonade
These are the cocktails that we made for the Happy Camper's rehearsal dinner Pig Roast.

Ingredients
Rum Punch
- 1 ¼ oz light rum
- 1 ¼ oz dark rum
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz orange juice freshly squeezed
- ¾ oz lime juice freshly squeezed
- ½ oz grenadine
- maraschino cherry garnish
Bourbon Lemonade
- 4 to 6 oz lemonade freshly squeezed homemade
- 2 oz bourbon
- maraschino cherry garnish
Instructions
Rum Punch
- Add light rum, dark rum, pineapple, orange and lime juices, and grenadine into a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a Hurricane glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a maraschino or brandied cherry.
Bourbon Lemonade
- Make the fresh lemonade. (Refrigerate the pitcher for later use, or make the “By the glass” variation.)
- In a glass, pour in the lemonade and bourbon. Add ice and garnish with fresh mint and a cocktail cherry. (If you like bubbly drinks, you can always top off with soda water or ginger ale.)
