Ingredients
  

Rum Punch

  • 1 ¼ oz light rum
  • 1 ¼ oz dark rum
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz orange juice freshly squeezed
  • ¾ oz lime juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ oz grenadine
  • maraschino cherry garnish

Bourbon Lemonade

  • 4 to 6 oz lemonade freshly squeezed homemade
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • maraschino cherry garnish

Instructions
 

Rum Punch

  • Add light rum, dark rum, pineapple, orange and lime juices, and grenadine into a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain into a Hurricane glass over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a maraschino or brandied cherry.

Bourbon Lemonade

  • Make the fresh lemonade. (Refrigerate the pitcher for later use, or make the “By the glass” variation.)
  • In a glass, pour in the lemonade and bourbon. Add ice and garnish with fresh mint and a cocktail cherry. (If you like bubbly drinks, you can always top off with soda water or ginger ale.)
