Cranberry Apple Bake

Cranberry Apple Bake

Brian CampbellCamfam Cookery
Cranberry Apple Bake is a warm, comforting dessert that combines the tartness of fresh cranberries with the sweetness of tender, baked apples. This dish features slices of apples, often mixed with whole or halved cranberries, coated in a blend of cinnamon, brown sugar, and nutmeg for a fragrant, spiced aroma. The fruit is typically baked until soft and bubbly, sometimes topped with a buttery oat crumble or a crisp layer of nuts for added texture. It’s a perfect fall or holiday treat, often served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
