My rub used for smoking beef and pork and sprinkle on fish.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 part kosher salt
  • 1 part brown sugar
  • ¼ part smoked paprika
  • ¼ part garlic posder
  • ¼ part black pepper
  • ¼ part cinnamon
  • ¼ part tumeric

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ingredients and use on meat.

Notes

For more flavor, sprinkle salt sparkly over the meat AFTER putting on the rub.
